Congressional Campaign Fellow
Location: Remote / On-site (Central Queens)
Time Commitment: 5–12 hours/week (flexible; evenings/weekends preferred)

Compensation: Unpaid (may be eligible for academic credit); strong performers will be invited to scale up hours and may transition into a stipended role in Spring
Position:
We’re building a high-energy, student-powered field program to elect Chuck Park to Congress. This fellowship is designed to give students immediate experience—organizing, communicating, researching, and performing rapid-response support—while working directly with senior campaign staff. Fellows will both help move voters and keep the campaign running smoothly. This fellowship provides students with substantive campaign experience and direct exposure to a competitive congressional race in one of New York’s most diverse districts.
Key Responsibilities:
Fellows will be assigned weekly priorities and trained on campaign tools. Responsibilities may include:
- Represent the campaign at campus and community events through peer-to-peer outreach, tabling, and digital engagement
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies tailored to student and community audiences
- Provide feedback on outreach efforts and suggest improvements based on on-the-ground experience
- Support volunteer onboarding, including orientations and training coordination
- Help motivate and retain volunteers through regular communication and relationship-building
- Support senior staff with time-sensitive and administrative projects
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled student (high school, undergraduate, or graduate)
- Strong interest in campaigns, advocacy, community organizing, or public service
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time independently
- Ability to commit 5-12 hours per week through June 23, 2025
Preferred Skills:
- Skills are specific in areas like graphic design, data analytics, and other skills to support a campaign
- Bilingual, especially Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Spanish
- Availability for some evening and weekend responsibilities
- Experience with outreach, organizing, or volunteering
- Ties to Queens
